The Comic Store is OPEN to the public!

While we love having you visit us in-store, we also want to keep you safe. We encourage you to take advantage of our FREE curbside pickup. We’ll do the shopping and bring the pickup orders right to the car! Local delivery is also available, see below for more information.
If you come inside you must wear a MASK that covers your nose and mouth, but all superheroes do! We are limiting the store to 6 customers at a time so we do have to restrict browsing to 20 minutes. We miss you and love to talk with everyone, but in order to serve all of our customers we are asking you to please limit your chat time.
No gaming room or public restroom availability at this time.

Remember we have options available to you if you would like to get your books (or games) while non-essential stores are to be closed in PA. Please see below for details.
Want to browse at one of our locations? Book your VIP appointment to come in and browse at either store. Only one person allowed to browse at a time, with a strict 20 minute browse time limit so that we can clean thoroughly after. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK IF YOU COME TO BROWSE.

We know in some parts of the country non-essential stores are being forced to temporarily close and we also know some folks are just avoiding public places right now. We thought we would offer some new ways to continue to receive your comics.
Both the Comic Store West and The Comic Store are cleaning high touch areas daily with approved cleaning products to remove the spread of the virus.
As the coronavirus, COVID-19, impacts the United States and continues to spread across the country, we are following the recommendations and guidelines from the experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We remain committed to upholding the best practices and have added some enhanced store services that will help in keeping our staff and customers safe. Using EPA approved products that kill the COVID-19 virus, our staff is being extra diligent in sanitizing the high-touch areas of the store.
In addition COMIC STORE WEST will close their public game room area from March 15 until Monday, April 6. While the game area is closed at the shop the restrooms WILL NOT be available to the general public.
Need to quarantine? Are not comfortable visiting stores during this time? Below are options that are available to our customers.
COMIC SHIPPING
Customers wanting to make use of our shipping service should call us any time on Thursday and let us know which comics they would like us to send them. Subscribers can simply verify the contents of their pull box and let us know of any additions or deletions. Customers also need to verify their address and provide payment at time of phone call. Subscribers MUST take all of the comics in their pull box. Subscribers will get their discounts on all their purchases (not including the cost of shipping).
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 (for 5 comics or less) or $15 (for more than 5 comics). Shipping will be via USPS priority mail with insurance. Shipments will go out every Friday morning.
COMIC HOME DELIVERY
Customers living within 15 miles of the store can select home delivery for their comics. Customers wanting this service should call us any time on Thursday and let us know which comics they would like delivered to them. Subscribers can simply verify the contents of their pull box and let us know of any additions or deletions. Customers also need to verify their address and provide payment at time of phone call. Subscribers MUST take all of the comics in their pull box. Subscribers will get their discounts on all their purchases (not including the cost of delivery)
Delivery charge of $10 will be charged for this service. Minimum purchase of $20 (not including delivery charge).
Delivery days are Thursday and Friday. We can not guarantee exact delivery time. If you are not home we will leave the package.
STORE CURBSIDE PICKUP
Customers can park in one of our parking spaces and phone us from the parking lot (or can phone us from their house before they arrive at the shop). They can request comics to be picked by a staff member. We will then charge the customer and walk the order out to their vehicle. Subscribers MUST take all of the comics in their pull box. Subscribers will get their discounts on all their purchases (not including the service charge).
A convenience fee of $2 will be charged for this service.
ANOTHER GREAT TIP
If you are looking to take advantage of any of these services can we recommend putting $50 or $100 onto a store gift card and allowing us to keep the gift card in your pull box. This will allow us to easily charge you for the service and keeps your credit card information more secure. We WILL NOT store credit card information at the store. When the card runs low on funds you can simply reload another $50 or $100 to it.
